Do you really take 0% commission?
Yes — 0% transaction commission. We never take a cut of your deals; the annual membership fee is the only thing you pay. You negotiate and close directly with the other party.
How long is the free trial?
30 days. Your trial starts when your application is approved and includes the full platform, so you can post inventory and source before paying for an annual membership. You're never charged for the trial.
How does vetting work?
Every member passes KYB checks and admin review before they can trade.
How do I cancel?
Email hello@tradifier.com or message Support from your portal any time before your renewal date. Membership is billed annually: after you cancel, your access continues until the end of the paid term, and partial years aren't refunded. There are no per-deal or exit fees. During the free trial you can cancel anytime and you're never charged.
